Without getting political I'd just like to say I cannot believe the argument their giving for this. I would not do these things to a dog let alone another human being.

One of the suspended soldiers, Staff Sergeant Chip Frederick, said the way the army ran the prison had led to the abuse.

"We had no support, no training whatsoever. And I kept asking my chain of command for certain things... like rules and regulations," he told CBS. "It just wasn't happening."

I as an american who wouldn't enjoy being abused or humiliated in any way. I am amased that this has become such news as we have no real proof that these are iraqi prisoners or stand ins. Also after seeing our soldiers bodies burned and dragged and horibly abused i and i am sure others are numb because i may have "thats what you get" attitude towards what has been done to ours. Besides just because there are no photos of it, that dosen't mean that these types of things didn't happen to ours MIA's in any other war or action we were involved in.

I agree that it's difficult to know what is real and what is not. And yes I'm sure our POW's aren't exactly treated like royalty. But to treat someone like a dog only proves their point. Bush has pointed out many times that Saddam did terrible things to his people, but if we do similar things, than we should also be held accountable.

My point was simply this, do unto others as you would have others do unto you.

First, if you can't believe that US soldiers would do this, you have your head up your butt.
Second, the 4 US "contractors" killed have no bearing on prisoner abuse. It's their country, if we were invaded we would fight with as much viciousness as those in Falluja.
Third, this kind of abuse is not just in other countries, it's in our own prison system, one of the worst being the Texas prisons, Bush's "badge of honor".
Wake up, let the truth out, America get your head out of your butt.
