Doctors repair damaged bladders

at 01:28 pmIn a first step toward replacing organs a group of children between the ages of 4-19 had their bladders repaired. Cells were gathered from the patient and cultivated. It also showcased a girl from the town nextdoor.
Yet maybe the worst part, for a teenager, was simply being different. “I didn’t fit in with the kids,” she said. “Sometimes the kids made fun of me.”
